Vendor Registration

Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to the following:

1. Booth space will be assigned by El Cerrito Lodge.
2. Each vendor will be given an estimated 10 foot by 10 foot space for setup. Extra space will be distributed equally if the floorplan allows. Each vendor will be supplied with one 8 foot table, 2 chairs, and a black tablecloth, as part of your vendor fee. We are happy to have you display your banner or sign.
3.Displays/handouts are limited to your immediate booth space. We will be creating a folder for each bride, and we welcome you to create a flyer or handout that we could add to the folder. We will send you an estimated number of flyers needed the week prior to the expo.
4. Vendors may contact Susie at 5S Rentals for additional materials they require for booth setup and display such as extra chairs, extra tables or linens. If needing more space than the 10x10 let us know in advance to see if available.
5. Only 2 or 3 persons per vendor
6. Vendors are allowed to come Saturday between 9am-5pm to drop off or set-up and resume at 10am Sunday and must be complete by 2:30 PM.
7. The event on Sunday will begin at 3:00 PM and ends at 6:00 PM. Vendors are required to stay until 6:00 PM.
8. All exhibitor/vendor booths MUST be manned throughout the event.
9. Vendor agrees to allow El Cerrito Lodge to utilize their name, products, pictures and/or services in advertising and promotional materials and website unless exclusion is specifically requested.
10. Exhibitor/vendor hereby releases El Cerrito Lodge and its agents, partners, affiliates, sponsors from any claim for damage and/or injury to property and/or person in conjunction with their participation in the El Cerrito Open House and Vendor Expo.
11. Exhibitors requiring electricity must furnish their own electrical cords/power strips for standard outlets.
12. Please leave your area in an orderly and clean condition. Please remove your own decor and do not leave as trash. Trash cans provided for regular use. Clean up completed by 7pm.
13. Each exhibitor/vendor is required to give away at least one prize, any value at or over $50, to be given away on the day of the event. Winner will be selected from registration entries. ALL prizes MUST be of monetary value, NO discounted coupons and/or percent off product when booked. Prizes valued over $500.00 will receive a greater level of advertising before and during expo.
15. A list of the participating vendors will be sent as soon as vendor registration is full. A copy of all registered attendees and their contact information will be provided within the week following the event.
16. Vendor agrees to registration fee of $50 by Venmo or bring cash or check (payable: El Cerrito Lodge) on Saturday or Sunday during set-up. VENMO LINK BELOW

Any changes to above agreement MUST be in writing and acknowledged by El Cerrito Lodge and attached to signed form. I have read, understand and agree with the above Terms of Agreement.
