How do I reserve a date?
To reserve a date click here to request your date must be sent to timestamp request. At that time a contract will be sent and an arrangement for $1000 to hold the date will be secured.
Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
A $1000.00 payment is due at the signing of the contract. 50% of the balance is due 90
days before the event, the final balance is due 30 days prior.
We will send you an invoice upon signing the agreement. You may make payments by
check, cash, or credit card (if paying by credit card there will be a 3% convenience fee) at your convenience before due dates.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
A tour may be scheduled through our website www.ElCerritoLodge.com.
Will there be another wedding or event on the same day?
No, we only offer one wedding/event per day.
Do you offer straight tables instead of round?
We do allow you to pay for outside table and chair rentals for a more custom look.
What happens in case of rain?
We move the ceremony inside of the reception hall and place your arch or focal point in
front of the large double barn doors and the procession takes place down the middle isle.
If we plan to have our ceremony offsite, does your fee change?
Yes, we take $500.00 off for reception only bookings.
Do you provide security?
Yes, if alcohol is being served we will include our security based on the number of
guests. Once we are booked, can we use the ranch for Engagement or Bridal photos?
Can we use the venue for pictures?
Once you are booked, you can use the ranch for Engagement or Bridal photos. If you just want to schedule photos for another occasion we charge a $50.00 fee and you will need to schedule an appointment here.
Do we have to utilize your caterers and bar service?
No, you may provide your own catering, food truck, or bar service. We do provide you with a preferred
vendors list which provides brides discounts when you book with El Cerrito.
Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc?
We do not but can refer you to those services. but we offer a preferred vendor package
that offers discounts when you book with El Cerrito.
Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day or event?
Yes! we love our pets and want you to have everything and everyone to make your day
special! Details in contract.
